APPLICATIONS AND RULES
- The festival will be held downtown Poteau on Dewey Avenue. Vendors will set up downtown on Dewey.
- Set up time can be Friday night, September 10th, after 5pm or Saturday, September 11th, from 7am to 9am. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE STREET AFTER 9am OR BEFORE 5pm. Security will be on hand Friday night.
- Charge for craft vendors will be $60.00 and $75.00 for food vendors. Booth spaces are 10’ x 12’.
Church youth groups and Civic Organizations that work games will not be charged.
- There is limited electricity available, so be sure to let us know if you require
electricity. Space will be assigned on a first sign-
up basis. - Volunteers from Poteau Main Street will be available to assist you.
- The festival is organized as a public service and Poteau Main Street Matters, Inc., its employees, volunteers and the city of Poteau assume no liability for any personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind. Participation is at the risk of participants.
Other activities include games for the kids, live music, archery contest, cutest camo kid contest, golf
Tournament, softball tournament, fishing tournament, prize walk and more.

If you would like to be a member of the Poteau Main Street Matters you can deduct 20% from your booth space fees for the entire year. Fees for Individual Member are $25.00 and $100.00 for Business Members.
