Golf Tournament

This will be our 6th Annual Golf Tournament with all proceeds going into our Facade Grant Account. Grants are
given to downtown business and property owners, that are Poteau Main Street Members, to assist with signage,
awnings, painting or restoring their buildings.

Friday, September 10th at Choctaw Country Club

4 player scramble
Entry Fee- $50 per player for pre-registers, $65 for late entry
Carts are available for $15 per player. Must be reserved/paid in advance
Mulligan - $10 gets you two
Check in time - 12 - 12:30pm. Tee time 1pm for all players
All ties will be broken by Western breakdown on scorecard
Snacks will be served
Proper golf attire is a club requirement

Prizes:
$10,000.00 per hole-in-one at designated hole.
1st place:   cash and prizes: $400 per team                Women’s Closest to the Pin (prize)
2nd place   cash and prizes: $200 per team                Men’s Closest to the Pin (prize)
7th place:   prizes
8th place:   prizes
